KEYNOTE ADDRESS: Aging Gracefully….From the Planet Denial The Women’s Resource Fair is pleased to present Laughter is the Best Medicine Keynote Address Aging Gracefully …From the Planet Denial presented by humorist, author and SYLVIA syndicated cartoonist Nicole Hollander. Her humorous monologue will be performed on Friday, March 9 beginning at 4:30 p.m. followed by a reception and book signing with Hollander until 6 p.m. Her cartoon strip SYLVIA appears nationwide in over 80 newspapers. She has published numerous collections of her cartoons and books hilariously, and truthfully recounting women’s life from questionable boyfriends and cats to bad hair days and more. Nielson Enterprises SnoCross Grand Finale, Championship Snowmobile Racing, Grand Geneva Resort, Lake Geneva. The thrill of one of the most exciting X-Games sports is the final stop on the World Power Sports Association’s World Snowmobile Tour March 17-19 at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva. Billed as the Nielson Enterprises Grand Finale, the race is where the 2007 World Professional Snowmobile Association champions will be crowned and will air nationally on ESPN2. The annual stop on the WPSA Tour promises plenty of up close, high-flying snowmobile action as the world’s finest SnoCross pilots are scheduled to compete. “Part 3: The Architecture of Santiago Calatrava”, 6:30 p.m., concluding the series, Lake Geneva Public Library, 918 West Main St., Lake Geneva. Landi invites his audience to experience the works of Santiago Calatrava, considered to be one of the most important living architects in the world. The audience will study his design of the Milwaukee Art Museum’s Quadracci Pavilion, one of the twenty-first century’s most important architectural monuments.
